For the Love of the German Shepherd Dog...
Badgerland German Shepherd Rescue, Inc. is an all volunteer, non-profit organization with 501(c)3 status dedicated to giving deserving GSD's a new lease on life by offering rescue and placement of German Shepherd Dogs and German Shepherd mixes that have been abandoned or surrendered.
We believe that all German Shepherd Dogs deserve a loving and nurturing home. Our goal is not only to find homes for these wonderful dogs, but also to educate people about this loyal breed.
We work with Humane Societies and Shelters to help alleviate the strains placed on them due to the large number of animals that are surrendered to them. Additionally we work with private individuals who need to find a new home for their dog.
Badgerland German Shepherd Rescue has been in operation for over 10 years and have found new homes for a countless number of German Shepherd Dogs that may never have had a second chance.
Our success can be attributed to the dedication of the many volunteers, past and present, and the wonderful people who find it in their heart to adopt a second hand dog.
