It has come to our attention that a woman referring to herself as Julie Brinkman of Belleville, WI area and/or the Forget Me Not Rescue, has contacted animal shelters primarily in the southern United States and advised the shelters that she is affiliated with various rescues who are WI Dog Rescue members (www.widogrescue.com). Ms. Brinkman is not a volunteer with Badgerland German Shepherd Rescue, has no association with BGSR, nor does she have the authority to acquire any animals on behalf of BGSR.
